Liking Work

There is something about work that I like so much.

Tweet from Joel Osteen When you honor God, like a magnet, you’ll draw the blessing in. You won’t have to go after it; it will come to you.

At the beginning I like the excitement and surge of energy when a new project is on its way. I like how excited I get and so much energy is coming out as I pour myself into the preparations. I literally see possibilities floating around my head and wanting to execute each and every one of them.

While the project is on-going I like how focused and absorbent of new thoughts and ideas I am. I like how learning and applying are simultaneously done at the same time.

At the end I feel so productive. I feel I have put in so much and I have put out so much as well. It’s like being full from head to toe. So full and yet you want some more.

Work gives you a sense of being you at your best.

That’s why I believe work is not only to earn money for you to live your life. Work is an integral part of ones life. Work at some points becomes ones life. It may be ones passion like singing, dancing, painting, traveling, and the likes. It may be one of the activities one does in order to live well like house cleaning, backyard grass trimming, car repairing, child caring, and the likes. Whatever it may be, it must be something one feels passionately about doing.

It, like everything else in ones life, must not be something that one does because one has to do it. It must be something one does because one feels it in ones deepest core that one needs to do to live a life that is full.
